How It Works
Once you enlist our services, you’ll be paired with a dedicated consent order expert who will guide you through the entire process.

Financial disclosure:
We will send you both a financial disclosure form to complete.

Choose a starting point:
We can give you a full assessment of your financial situation and provide you with an agreement that would be fair using the court's approach to fairness for you to use as a starting point. If you already have an agreement, we can use this and help you work out the points of contention or provide alternative solutions.
Begin negotiations:
From this point we would enter into 4 rounds of negotiations. Party-A has the opportunity to raise their points of contention and how they would like to deviate from the presented agreement. Party-B then will state whether they agree to this change or want to compromise as well as raising their own points of contention.

We give you suggestions and common alternative options for your situation to help make the process easier and understand what is possible. This process continues for 4 rounds until all points are in agreement.
Everything can be done by email or by 3-way teams call. ​​
