Bailiff Service

This service is for people who are part-way through their divorce and their spouse is not responding to the divorce application. This could be because they are purposely trying to be difficult or because they are not receiving the divorce papers. A bailiff will deliver the divorce papers directly to their door and provide a certificate to prove service. This package also includes a free divorce auxiliary application to progress your divorce depending on the success of the bailiff.
